Tight neck muscles can cause stiffness and discomfort. Massage helps release built-up tension, reducing strain and improving movement.

Increase Flexibility

By loosening stiff muscles and reducing tightness, massage allows for a greater range of motion in the neck and shoulders.

Speed Up Recovery

Massage boosts circulation and promotes healing, helping to reduce inflammation and ease discomfort from injuries or chronic tension.

I have a shoulder injury and been to several places to try and get it healed. Simon is the only person I have been to and felt an instant result. He also treated my son with a football injury on his leg and the problem was resolved in one session.

Fantastic sports massage therapy. I've been using Simone's services on and off for over a year now. If I ever get stiffness in my shoulders or have any muscle pain, he is able to fix it right up. It's actually quite amazing how much looser I feel after a session - I feel like I have a much larger range of motion in my movements!

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!
William Watremez
I booked the 1 hour sport massage session, Simone was welcoming and knowledgeable. He was also happy to exceed the allocated time to make sure he finished the treatment. I also received stretching and strengthening exercises suggestions via email. I strongly recommend.
Federico Papa
Great experience. Simone knows his stuff and made a big impact on my (previously) knackered shoulder. As someone who doesn't really enjoy massages I found this to be a very good overall experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. I am now a loose goose. A supple leopard. A flexible salmon.
Richard Lawler
Would definitely recommend. Simone is a professional and explained everything throughout. After care advise was also provided, which made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. 10/10
Dimitra Tsirogianni
Would recommend. Simone is friendly and knowledgeable. I booked in for a 30 min sports massage to deal with some muscle tightness. He talked me through everything he did during the massage and made some recommendations for what I can do at home to help treat it in the future.
